At Constructive Builders, part of our mission is to reduce the waste and environmental impact of construction projects. Did you know that for every five new homes that are built, the equivalent of one new home ends up in the dumpster?
While we all want to do more for the environment, we understand that not all projects have the required budgets to be 100 percent green. We’ll work with you to pick the level of green building that you’re comfortable with, and we’ll provide suggestions throughout for low- or no-cost ways to be gentler to the environment.
For builders like us, many components of green building are just part of doing quality work; and homes or remodels that are built to last are the ultimate green product because they won’t need to be torn down in 20 years!
