We are proud to be a licensed Minnesota contractor. This means that our company owner, Eric Kottke, has passed a written test on building codes and legal and business requirements/obligations for contractors operating in the State of Minnesota. In order to be a licensed contractor you must also show proof of valid and sufficient liability and business insurance. Constructive Builders has met all these qualifications in order to attain its license.
