Constructive Builders was founded in 2009 as the new name for Kottke Construction. Eric Kottke, founder of Kottke Construction, decided that he had to switch his business name after spelling K-O-T-T-K-E for the 10 millionth time. The mission of Constructive Builders is to provide a constructive and positive experience for our clients through creating great spaces in which to live. Our clients will say that we fulfill this goal by being the kind of builder and contractor that they’d look forward to working with again.
